IPC Sunday School Statement of Purpose
The Sunday School program at IPC is committed to presenting God to children and families and helping them to understand and apply the truth of God's Word in attitude and service.
This is accomplished by:
- Introducing each person of the Trinity: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- Demonstrating how to have a loving, personal relationship with God in deed, word, prayer.
- Teaching how to become a responsible and caring Christian in relationships with others.
- Modeling biblical values, participating in praise and worship, and developing social skills through class participation.
This Year's Theme: “UP, IN, OUT”
In their Sunday School classes, Junior Church, P.O.S.T. and special programs, the children of IPC will learn core values of Christian discipleship as they grow in their relationship with God (UP), strengthen their unity with other Christians (IN), and practice being the light of Christ in their communities (OUT).
Sunday School Offering
All IPC Sunday School children attending classes in the Kantonsschule are encouraged to bring an offering to Sunday School. We encourage children to bring an offering as
training to tithe and to support God’s kingdom work. The IPC Sunday School offering goes to Aids Care Thailand. Click here for more information about this ministry.
