With God All Things Are Possible

If a man sets his eyes on the goal of living the most fulfilled life he can obtain in his lifetime, then he'll study wise people, read all that is written and eventually make a decision on what he believes to be true. One can easily get overwhelmed by the vast number of books (written by the wise) available in all the libraries of the world. We can also easily get distracted by everyday life and so neglect to reach out to the wise that are only an arm’s length away. Thankfully, God offers us insight into his knowledge and its application in our lives with all that is written − and inspired by the Holy Spirit − in the Holy Scriptures. Believing in the truth of his Word, the wisdom preserved there from the very beginning is sufficient in itself to be the only source for our study.

In order to get to the goal of living the best version of a fulfilled life, the actual application of God's wisdom is required. This application needs to be reinforced by a system of accountability, of checks and balances. Its result should be tangible and measurable. There needs to be family, friends or a mentor who keep us accountable, offering a physical body of God's presence in our lives. This requires openness, honesty and truthfulness to create the relational culture that leads us to the fulfillment we're striving for.

It is safe to say that the map to a fulfilled life is laid out in front of us when we open God's Word. We could travel without that map, but why risk getting lost?
“With God all things are possible.” (Mark 10:27)

Having traveled this route, Zig Ziglar laid out the image of the “Wheel of Life,” which helps us to understand the big picture. The seven wheel segments represent the seven core areas of life – mental, spiritual, physical, family, financial, personal and career. If all areas are balanced equally, the wheel will run smoothly and life will feel fulfilled. And God knows how far we'll be able to get!

He deserves all our praise and thanks and glory! And with him alone we'll be able to achieve fulfillment far beyond our wildest imagination.
