We will hike from Oberalppass to Lake Toma at an altitude of 2344m for 90 minutes. The lake is the source of the mighty Rhine which at 1230km in length flows from here to Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, France and the Netherlands before flowing into the North Sea in Rotterdam. The lake is of national importance to Switzerland and its water is considered to be good for drinking.
